Dr. Fazio specializes in primary eye care including Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Cataract and LASIK care. He is Board Certified to treat and manage ocular diseases, such as dry eye and glaucoma. To date, Dr. Fazio has co-managed tens of thousands of surgical cases with over twenty years of experience.

Dr. Fazio and his lovely wife, Tina, have five children. He enjoys outdoor activities, sports, travel, playing the piano and painting. Dr. Fazio also speaks Italian, French, and Spanish.
