How It Works

How can I order my contact lenses?

You may visit our online store at helloabby.com to place your order at any time of the day, get updates on your order, and enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Need help setting up your HelloAbby account? Contact our team of opticians — they will be happy to assist you.

You will need a current contact lens prescription on file. If yours has expired, book an exam first; a contact lens prescription includes a fitting and is not the same as your glasses prescription.

  • Order any time of day at helloabby.com.
  • Free shipping, no minimum purchase required.
  • Order updates so you know when to expect them.

Frequently asked questions about ordering contacts

How do I order my contact lenses?

Visit our online store at helloabby.com to place your order any time of day, get updates on your order, and enjoy free shipping with no minimum purchase required.

Is there a minimum order?

No. Free shipping applies with no minimum purchase required.

I need help setting up my account

Contact our team of opticians and they will be happy to assist you with your HelloAbby account.

Do I need a current prescription?

Yes. Contact lenses are a medical device and require a current, valid contact lens prescription. If yours has expired, book an exam before ordering.

Is a contact lens prescription the same as my glasses prescription?

No. A contact lens prescription includes the fitting details — base curve, diameter and the specific lens brand — that a glasses prescription does not contain.

Can I get a fitting for specialty lenses?

Yes. Our doctors fit specialty lenses including scleral lenses for patients with dry eye or irregular corneas.

Does insurance cover contact lenses?

Vision plans vary. Depending on your plan, additional fees may apply for the contact lens fitting. Our team will explain your coverage before your visit.

My contacts feel uncomfortable — what should I do?

Stop wearing them and call us. Discomfort can mean a poor fit, dry eye, or the beginning of an infection — and a contact lens wearer with a red, painful eye should be seen the same day.

Need an updated prescription first?

Book an eye exam and contact lens fitting at any of our five Florida locations, then order online whenever you run low.
