Dr. Mariam Labib’s journey in optometry began with a commitment to serving communities in need. From Haiti to Boston, she has volunteered, researched, and trained alongside leaders in ocular disease, corneal care, and vision rehabilitation.

At Newsom Eye, Dr. Labib brings her dedication to comprehensive eye health, specializing in the diagnosis and management of complex corneal conditions, anterior segment disease, and co-management of advanced surgeries. With clinical experience at Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Massachusetts Eye and Ear, Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, and community health centers, she blends cutting-edge research with hands-on patient care.

Her mission is to ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and empowered to make informed decisions about their vision.
