He brings to us an abundance of knowledge and experience, specializing in the treatment of Retina, Diabetic Retinopothy, Macular Degeneration, and other diseases of the retina. His expertise of the cornea includes Dry Eyes, Conjuntivitis, Keratitis and Transplants.

Dr. Garruto was born and raised in New Jersey, and now resides in the Tampa Bay area. His non-medical interests include skiing, playing tennis and visiting National Parks with his wife and their three young children.
